Dating : Let’s talk about blame

Dating : Let’s talk about blame

I find it so toxic that people who are unlucky in love blame an entire gender for their problems. It’s this attitude of « [insert gender here] *always* behave in this way and that’s why I’m struggling to date successfully » .

Can we realise that people of any gender are people, and people are all different??? You can’t just decide that all women are like this or all men are like that? That’s just not the case.

If you’re meeting people you’re not compatible with, it’s not that gender’s fault, you’ve just not been meeting the right people for you. Cast your net wider, look for people you’d never nornally meet. You’d be surprised what you’ll find.

Just please stop grouping people together and declaring as fact that that all behave a certain way. They don’t.

  1. I HATE seeing this. It’s such a lazy way to approach it. Instead of “I need to work on myself” or “I just haven’t found my person and it’s no one’s fault” let’s blame an entire gender. I also think the sentiment that “Men/Women suck but I still want one.” is hilarious.
