Dating : Me [24M] and she [32F] have a thing, will it work out?
– I work at a gym at the front desk. She’s 31 and I’m 24 and we been getting chemistry lately. Her girl friend is catching up on us, and she would keep an eye on me and smile at me because i have a feeling she knows. (can sense it) She works as a nanny, she workouts and does MMA as a hobby. All her friends around her are married and have kids, and she doesn’t.
– The chick would act childish around me and mess around. she would give me the « eyes » when ever she leaves and says good bye, and would mess around and speak to me in her language every time she enters and leaves; she’s Brazilian. She even offer me her phone number, (she pretended like she forgot her keycard one day) There are days where I act like IDGAF/ignore her and she would stop to glance at me and her friend would also look at me to see; they workout together. I would keep myself occupied, by trying to make calls and work w/ other members, being professional. Trying to play my cards right and not act needy/stalkerish/clingy.
– Is her being 31 and I’m 24 okay? I usually don’t date people at the work place, would this be a don’t chit where you eat situation? No bragging, but I am fit and jacked. Should I ask her out? Today she looked at me when I was talking to another girl, when she left I acted myself and my usually greet goodbye, and she yelled it back and didn’t look at me, her friend stood still for a moment and smiled at me and look at her. What should I do? I don’t usually date at the workplace, because i don’t want to be chitting where I eat. I like this job and have bills to pay.

From what all the things i’ve mentioned is she down for it with me? is her being 32 and not married or have kids a red flag? all her friends around her are married/settle/have families except her. she’s a nanny and she’s in this country by herself while her family lives in another country.
you should chill the fuck out and just have conversation with her. When the opportunity arises, invite her out, get her number, or let her come to you.
