I’d lose some weight and take care of my looks first in order to increase the chances of getting a date and improve the level of my self-confidence, which will be necessary for the dating process to be a success (in most cases).
Find something to do with girls in it. It’s a pain in the ass depending on what your hobby is. You don’t need to necessarily look to date the girls but you’ll be more comfortable around them thus more confidence, more possible dates.
