Dating : Need advice involving dating and eating habits
Dating has been so and so for me. I started dating here and there in college and I have come to realize this pattern of me not being able to eat normally when I am dating someone and me not eating after whether it worked out or not. Usually i would be able to eat about once a day whereas I originally I would eat 3 times. It takes about a month for it to dissipate completely but I want that to change. Because of this I limit my dating to winter break or summers when I am not actually taking classes. Idk why I am like this but I am looking to see if anyone else struggles with this and hope to get some advice. Thank you 🙂
I’ve had similar problems with eatting, and found it was due to anxiety. I suggest talking to your doctor which is what I did. Counseling and meditation are effective ways to deal with stress and anxiety.
Can you drink alcohol?
I personally don’t do dinner dates anyway – just going out for drinks and having fun works best for me.
so you starve yourself? thats not healthy.
