Dating : Not interested in sex or men all year and it’s getting me down
[24 F] I had my first orgasm at 20 through masturbation, I couldn’t work out how to do it until then.
I’m 23 now and was dating a guy last year, I had the urge to have sex but never really had much pleasure doing it. More recently, when I mastubate, I still don’t get any pleasure when I orgasm, I just feel a bit sleepy and depressed afterwards.
I’m worried I’m asexual, I don’t want to be, I want to feel strong feelings like I used to, but not even feeling attracted to anyone lately. I have been feeling a bit depressed for a while. But when I think about sex, it’s just not got much appeal to me at the moment. Some months however and mid cycle I feel more horny but especially for the last 6 months, I haven’t felt horny at all!!
So worried!
I haven’t fancied anyone for ages, but then again I’m permanently irritated with life at the minute and going through a transition period and haven’t had chance to meet anyone.
BUT WHEN EVERYONE talks to me about sex and relationships I feel suddenly awkward and uninterested now, never used to be like this. I have no desire at all anymore.

This sounds like you should see a therapist and possibly a sex therapist to help figure out why you are struggling to both achieve orgasm and enjoy sex.
