I’ve been considering going to a speed dating event.
A friend of mine went, said he had a good time. But at his particular event, there was only 2 minutes to talk and 15 women. He found it difficult to sell yourself in 2 minutes.
Personally knowing the guy. He is very intelligent and a great listener and conversationalist, patience of steel and a relaxed attitude. But selling all that in 2 minutes in a dark, noisy, high pressure environment. Tough.
But certainly I’m hoping to go soon (when the temperatures are lower and people consider this kinda stuff more in my city)
How do you find out about speed dating events? I would be open to trying it.
