Dating : Was I used for a free night out?
So I met a girl online and we hit it off, she asked me if I wanted to get dinner and drinks with her so I did. During the date she told me she wants to cook me dinner next weekend. She flirted with me throughout the whole date. When the check came I paid. Then we went went to a bar and got some drinks, she kissed me out of the blue while waiting for our drinks. About one drink in we started to make out in public at our table and she got handsy. I later asked her if she wanted to come back to my place, she said not now, but definitely another time and she smiled. We took an uber back to her place and gave her a goodnight kiss and then left. This afternoon I sent her a good afternoon text and it seems like she fell off the face of the Earth. So I wondering, did she use me for a free night out, regrets last night, or is my Anxiety just getting the best of me?
If you need to ask, it probably was. Flick a text at her in a couple days. Just don’t expect a reply.
I feel it may be too early to jump to conclusions. I’d wait it out. It seems anxiety might be taking over, but honestly it could be anything. Keep it updated!

Did the text just say « good afternoon » or was it more than that?
In my experience, a girl who is that forward on a first date isn’t looking for something serious *right now*. A sentimental text the next day could make her a bit nervous that you’re looking for something too serious right from the start.
At this point, I would wait for at least a week and if she still hasn’t responded, just message her to invite her out to drinks again.
