Dating : What’s going on here (girl giving me half-assed convo and not directly responding to me asking if she wanted to see me again)?
Went on a date with a girl who we had a lot of mutuals with. It was actually a pretty fun date and we talked about a lot of our mutuals, kind of a gossipy date and as we got drunker she got deeper into some of her own issues with cancer and stuff. It wasn’t super deep but it felt like she had a nice time getting a lot of stuff off her mind that she needed too. I texted her when I got home quite drunk seeing if she wanted to do it again and she didn’t really say yes or no, just a bit of small talk about how drunk we got and how that was a cool pub etc, and I replied in kind – not leading her towards any decision because I kind of already wasn’t sure myself.
After she didn’t respond to my text last afternoon I felt like I got the answer but now she just sent me a meme.
I don’t get it, has she just been slowly considering whether she wants to see me again or not or is she being polite because we have a lot of mutuals so she doesn’t want to ghost me – maybe still stay friendly?

It’s one of those two options. Ask her out again to find out which one.
Depends what you’re intentions are, you tryna be her friend or more than that ?
More than likely, she probably just sees you as a friend. If you have to ask yourself whether or not she’s interested…she’s probably not. But give it time and don’t over think anything
