Dating : Where should I look to find cute geeky quirky girls?

So I’m a 28 year old male. I come across as outgoing and funny but I’m actually more of an introvert. I don’t really enjoy going to bars or clubs, especially when it’s so loud. I hate asking someone to repeat themselves all the time because you can’t hear them, and dancing isn’t a language I really speak. But I really want to meet new women. I would love to meet girls who are a little geeky and quirky, maybe a little bit awkward too as I find it easier to relate to someone who takes time to open up. I don’t really care about their specific interests but I’m not sure where I would find them. I’ve tried dating apps and websites like Tinder, Bumbl, OkCupid, and I’ll see plenty of attractive women but not sure where I can meet the kind I’m looking for.

I’d like to hear some suggestions about the kind of places I can go to meet girls like that, or just better ways to meet girls in general that aren’t loud clubs and bars or online dating. I have tried speed dating, and I enjoy it a lot actually but the ones in my area don’t always have a great turn out. I live near Philadelphia if that helps with suggestions
