Dating : How old are you and what’s the youngest and oldest you’d get in a relationship with?
Interested in seeing others perspective on age in relationships. For me I don’t really care about age per se I just tend to like guys older than me by at least a few years. On many occasions Ive liked guys like 10 or more years older than me but they still look young. I don’t really feel like I would want to date a guy younger than me or even the same age as me. But for me if he’s old enough to be my father he’s too old lol Im 22 so the youngest I would go is my age, the oldest Im willing to go is like maybe 35. Ideally 26-33
What about you guys? State your gender too please

18-23 pretty much college age because it would be weird to be with someone working on their career while I’m still in school. Kind of a different phase of life type of thing. Also, I’m not looking for anyone under 18 because it would feel kind of gross to me for obvious reasons.

Largest age difference I’ve ever been in a relationship with was 4.5 years. She was basically an immature child of a girl that was emotionally stunted by the deaths of her alcoholic parents in her mid teenage years.

I’ve dated a couple women older than me and while they’re as mature as I’d like to date in terms of emotion, they’re generally pretty boring and set in their ways
I’ll likely date in the range of 3-0 years younger than me in the future, I like the traditional role of being the older one in the relationship. I may date a little older again but not sure I could really handle not being the « adult » in the relationship.
35
21-50

Youngest is my age. Maybe 22.
Oldest is 28. I just don’t want to date someone more than a few years older, unless we really hit it off. But on dating apps I set it to no older than 28. I am picky.

I wouldn’t want to date under 22. I used to think i wouldn’t go above 29, but I am currently seeing someone who is 34.
I was 35 she was 25
21 (pretty much 22)M
My lower bound has always been 3 years younger for relationships (casual dating changes this by an extra year). Oldest I’ll go as of right now is 29.
Old. Given the choice I’d prefer to date someone close to my age (as in, within a couple years) but I’m willing to date older far more readily than I would date younger. I’ve had good experiences dating older women, especially in the past, when I was younger. Granted those weren’t really relationships as much as me being used for sex or fun but hey, I wasn’t complaining. I just don’t really feel like I connect with people younger than me, especially not when there’s a significant gap in our ages. So basically I’d have to say my cut off point would probably be mid-30s, ish.
When I was 38 I started something with a 19 year old girl, when broke up when she was 21.
I’m 20F and I wouldn’t go any younger than 20, oldest would probably be like 25.
I’m 39. Would date between 21-26.
