Dating : 3rd date – doubts
So, this guy i have been seeing, ask me (3rd date) to dinner in his place but now he tells me that i have to bring the dinner (pizza it is). I’m not really happy with this. Is it normal? Am i being to harsh ? Or is he just not putting any effort? Help me!
This is a nice, comfy date for a more established relationship dynamic but for a third “date,” it just shows a lack of effort and laziness TBH.
Unless he is providing the alcohol, salads, drinks and/or dessert.

It does come off as a little inconsiderate/lazy to ask you to bring dinner on a third date unless he’s providing things too, or unless he has a really good reason and asked politely.
If you’re already having doubts then you should follow your instincts. I’d never ask a friend to come over and bring food – he’s the host, he needs to do that.
