Does she seem like she’d be ok/comfortable with it? If your not sure at least ask directly before attempting
Honestly, if she is not comfortable kissing you after 8 dates, then it’s probably not worth your time.
Why don’t you ask her when she is usually comfortable kissing?
For me personally I wait until things are officially gf/bf status but I tell guys that. Maybe she is waiting until then too or maybe she just doesn’t feel comfortable.
I personally believe the first date is too soon. So not a bad thing that she said no.
Also consent is important so make sure you ask her instead of just going for it.
What boundaries do you mean? Has she said she wants to take it slow?

Has she given you any reasoning? Have you broached the subject since the first time? Boundaries are healthy and it’s great that you want to respect them, but eight dates and no kiss is highly unusual. If you’ve been broaching the subject and she keeps refusing by date eight, it sounds like you’re being strung along. But if it hasn’t happened simply because neither of you has talked about it or initiated, you gotta start communicating.
