Dating : Do I call or do I not?

I met this guy at the bar I usually go to with my people. Everybody knows everything and everyone there basically. And we’re having a fling going on for 3 weeks now. He kissed me on the 15th but I made it awkward because I’m very shy. And I always forget to ask him for his number and so I asked an acquaintance/friend of ours for his number and she gave it to me. And I wonder should I call him?? Would it be creepy?
He should have asked you for your contract info and attempted to make a date already. He should be taking the lead. It is not necessarily creepy for you to take the imitative but is hides the real problem that the guy is either:
1. not that interested in you,
2. …or he is interested in you but does not have the courage, confidence, or dating skills to do anything about it.
Either one of those two options is a bad thing, and if you *do his job for him* then it will not only hide the problem but may also exacerbate it. He doesn’t have to be a good social media guy. He doesn’t need social media to just offer a date the next time he sees you in person.
