Dating : Do I thank a guy for making dinner reservations?
I’m probably overthinking this. This will be my second date with this guy who asked me to dinner to this Uber fancy restaurant. I texted him “Thanks for making the reservations 😊”
TLDR: I’m an awkward person who thanked a guy for making dinner reservations and am now wondering if I sound like an idiot for thanking someone for that sort of thing
Probably wouldn’t word it that formally, as a guy I’d appreciate it. Since even if it’s minor it’s a little bit of effort (or even a lot depending on the person) so it’s nice. Not necessary though 🙂
Overthinking. I wouldn’t even notice it if someone did that. Sort of like saying « Thanks » when someone holds the door for you.
