Dating : Have you ever been out of the game?

Dating : Have you ever been out of the game?

Last year I ended a 1 year relationship because I had been lied to and decided to focus on my studies. But starting this summer I’m taking a sabbatical year to rethink what it is I actually wanna study so I thought that maybe I should try dating or whatnot. I then started with Tinder and man have I lost my game. In HS I was easily talking to several people without any difficulty (not cheating since I wasnt really together with anyone) but now I can’t even hold a conversation properly. What do you do when you’ve been out of the game and want to get back in?

  1. For a variety of reasons, from about ages 20-22 I didn’t date at all. Eventually I decided I wanted some female companionship again. It was a rough start. I was a bit too awkward and a bit too eager. I couldn’t get a date.

Then for some reason I ended up rereading my old Conan the Barbarian stories by Robert E. Howard. I decided to be more Conan-like. Then it was like someone had flipped a switch. Girls liked me a lot. I got lots of dates. Actually I ended up with too many choices and things turned into a bit of soap opera at one point. But it mostly worked out in the end.

So basically, I recommend reading the original Conan the Barbarian stories by Robert E. Howard. Analyze why he is so awesome and why all the women love Conan. Then be like Conan.

This only applies to real life, not dating apps.
