Dating : How do you all combat jealousy when dating?
So, do any of you have tips on this? After 4 years of being single, I (42 F) have huge jealousy and trust issues while dating. So, it seems that the general trend is to date multiple people simultaneously and not commit to a single person until several months of dating. I have tried this, but fail. For example, I have been dating one man who I really like for about 4 months. He books me for entire weekends when he doesn’t have his kids, but he still has an active online dating profile and still interacts with other single women online, even if he is not spending major time with them. I even went on a date with someone else yesterday to combat this, but I’m still struggling with jealousy.
Anyone have any pointers?
Talk to him. See if what he wants and you want match up. I’m 40 and have this talk super early on now.
