Dating : I like this girl from school, how should I go about it?

I’m 25 and single, never had a girlfriend. I’m feeling very lonely and depressed. I go to work, go to the gym and come home and lay around all day long. I’m not in school right now, I’m on break. I like a girl from school, she is so sweet and nice. you could say we are friends and we do have each others numbers. so tomorrow I’m going out with her and another girl to go drinking. Her friend hit me up last week and asked me to go drinking with them but I like her, so how can I show her that and how will I know if she likes me back. we will be in the same program for the next 2 years so I don’t wanna mess things up.

I mean if both of them wanna hang out with me, it means they like me but how can I get the girl to like me to just hang out with me? should I just ask her we should do something just the two of us? that is what I wanna do.
