Dating : I’m just not sure what this meant!
I was pre-gaming in a hotel room with some people before we went out, and this girl was talking to me and said that she should be going after good guys like me, but that she’s only into cute guys or hot guys right now in her life, and that it was unfair.
I’m not sure whether or not to be hurt by this? I’m just so confused as to why she thought it was okay to say this to my face.
She’s saying you’re a nice guy who would be perfect for her to end up with after she’s had her fun hooking up and trying to wrangle those guys that won’t commit into relationships. And when she wants kids/someone stable who won’t leave her and will help pay the bills every month, *then* she will consider a guy like you.
I would take this as a call to action. Change your perception of how women view you.
You should have said « That’s okay, because I’m more into hot girls, like your friends. »

She thought it was OK to say because she was drunk.
It means exactly what you think it means, she’s not attracted to you physically(but likes your personality) Don’t let it put you down though it’s all subjective

I don’t really understand that sort of thinking, much less the need to voice it out loud to someone.
I guess she’s thinking that at this point in her life she wants to keep things superficial and just play. When she wants a real relationship she will be looking for a guy that’s a better conversationalist and who is BF material, rather than just hot and hot.
It kinda sucks but at the same time would you actually want to be with someone who is only going for something superficial?

Some people are just rude bitches when they’ve some alcohol in their system. Don’t be offended cause just because some random girl thinks you’re not cute or hot doesn’t have to mean you’re not cute/hot to someone else.
