Dating : In high school, I crushed on my teachers. In college, I crushed on my TAs/profs. Now in the workforce, I crush on my managers. Very rarely do I crush on a peer. Am I crazy? [24F]
I’ve never felt the same intensity of attraction that I’ve felt towards my peers. Part of it is the age difference (I’ve always preferred men in their 30s) and part of it is exposure (I look at my superiors a lot more than I look at a random guy). Is this simply a desire for power? I wish this didn’t happen to me but it’s something I’ve never been able to control.
You just like older men that have some authority over you I guess. Most people would say it’s daddy issues, but that might just be your thing.
power, maturity, they know what they want vs playing games.
Could be daddy issues but as a guy I’ve noticed as I got older way way more younger girls are into me. So maybe it’s just a a phase where your growing as a person and older guys got there shit together which is what your trying to get to so maybe it’s something like that.
You like what you like, nothing wrong with you.
Not crazy, SMART
I’m 22F and have been the exact same. I don’t have daddy issues I just like older men with authority
