As the title says.

The feeling is like everything *seems* to be going great and well. But there’s something missing. And I think it’s emotional depth.

Stories and examples would be great!

  1. Yeah several weeks ago i went out with a very very rational girl. A typical university type of girl, cute, pretty but almost like a robot.

The reason why she was on tinder and went out on a date with me was « because she was nearing 30 and decided she wanted a relationship » as opposed to « feeling a little bit of excitement for a new person and seeing what he would be like in real-life ».

The conversational went well, we shared some similair interests and we was cute and hot.. But at times when i we were discussing like what my music ment to me or how much i liked X and explained why i liked it she would be like « oh.. Ok » and not really pay any attention to it.

Emotional depth or chemistry if you will is essential. It doesn’t matter what you talk about rationally or what you’re into but it matters if you can share feelings of fascination, excitement, lust, joy etc. with eachother.
