Dating : Is my co worker (M24) into me (F20)? Or am I just overthinking the whole situation?
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• I got a new job around 2 months ago.
• The majority of my co workers are on working hour visas – including the guy, who this post is regarding.
• I am 20, but turn 21 in a couple of months.
• This guy currently 24.
• This guy however, will be going back to his home country in a couple of months, but is already planning on coming back at the start of next year.

Alrighty on to the story/needed help;
This guy and I have been talking privately online for a few weeks now, but I’ve know him since the start of the job.
We are very flirtatious towards each other both online and in person. We have the same role at the job. So we’re never far apart on shift, therefore we work closely together.
We have gotten to know each other on a personal level as well.
I feel like his feelings are similar to mine but I just can’t 100% tell.
I’m am unsure of where we stand in our relationship/friendship. And what to do in terms of progressing further.
I don’t know what I should ask him or how to phrase it.
Any advice would be great.
