Dating : Meeting people?
For both dating and friends, where are some good places to meet people when you’re a single parent? I’m a mom of two in my twenties and just don’t have the patience for the BS a lot of guys pull. I know women pull stunts and tricks, too. Either way, no patience for any unnecessary BS.
At this rate, I’m looking to date casually but lean towards exclusivity if that makes sense? I’ve found a lot of guys hate when you don’t put out right away, but that just tells me we’re incompatible. I want to take my time and go out, have fun, and not have him think my kids are aliens (good friend I dated acted like they were gonna eat him).
How someone treats my children speaks volumes, so I’m cautious about who I have them around.
Anyway, where are good places to meet new people to build bridges/possible new friendships with and/or date?
Write a list of traits you want in a friend/partner
Half that list
Figure out where those kind of people on your list hang out
Now go to those places and mingle
Also be aware of your own value and adjust accordingly. Not trying to be rude but as a single mother your dating value is low. Any quality man with good sense isnt going to want anything serious period.
A young man has so sense so you’re there or another single parent father.
