Dating : Never Dated
So, I just turned 19. I’ve never had a girlfriend, never been on a date, never really done anything, actually. I’ve tried some dating apps with no real success, and I’m frustrated.
I’m taking a gap year which means I won’t be in college meeting people, so I don’t know how to go out (and where to go to meet people to date), how to ask a girl on a date, etc. I’d really just appreciate advice on where a younger, average looking guy like myself can meet people in everyday life and (how to) ask them out.

If you are Canadian or any other nationality you can go to the club. If you are American you can find a club of people with common interests or a service organization. So clubs and clubs.
EDIT: Oh. I forgot the ask them out part. Just be yourself. Be clear but not too blunt. Compliments are great. Whatever you do, don’t pretend you are someone you are not. That can kill you in the long run.
I didn’t start dating until 20 when I unexpectedly met someone at work. Sometimes it just happens, you don’t need to be looking all the time

Bro, you’re 19, you’ve got time, just keep your cool. Girls will show up like your keys, when you’re not looking for them. Unless you’re just trying to hit, then you can look online.
