Dating : Not sure what to make of this relationship?

So I 27M recently met a woman 23F a few months ago. I told her I liked her but she said she wasn’t ready in her life for a relationship yet so I was like cool! These past two months we started talking a lot again. We started calling each other almost everyday and really enjoy each others time.
We make a lot of jokes, for example if I don’t respond to her texts within an hour she would jokingly say stop ignoring me and vice versa. We also make a lot of darker jokes, all nonsexual, which I’d rather not describe in detail. Oddly enough, when she tells me she’s hanging out with a guy, she would clarify that it’s just a friend and so forth.
Not sure what to make of this now? Are we just good friends at this point?
Ask her out on a date and try to kiss her on the date. If she makes excuses, then you can consider your current position her “entertainer”; the guy she gets attention from to make her feel wanted (validate) but doesn’t actually want you.
She is telling you that she is with a guy and he is just a friend. That should answer your question.
Invite her over, cool, watch movie, beach etc,,,, make a move.
