Dating : What to do when you find someone intriguing on social media…
So there is this guy who lately I keep seeing on facebook. His comments make me laugh and I know we at least have one big interest in common. We have mutual friends (they are his coworkers) which is why I’m seeing him post places.
I’m torn on if it’s weird to try to connect with him somehow, or if I’m overthinking it. The mutual friends we have are not people I know well enough to ask them about him. One of them I could maybe, but I don’t know if it’s more weird to drag someone else into it?? Lol. The alternative I guess would be to bite the bullet and message him? And say I don’t even know what?
I have never been the type of girl to really put myself out there and the idea of initiating anything is terrifying. If there’s no way to do this without coming across weird, then I’ll leave it. But I don’t want to throw away an opportunity if theres an acceptable way to reach out?
Is he on your friends list? If so, sure it is ok to talk to them. I would try thorough their statuses first. A message out of the blue is a bit awkward but still not creepy
if they are in no way connected to your Facebook, it is a bit creepy, but you could try to friend them.
