Dating : Why can’t I get a 3rd date??

The last 3 men I’ve dated only made it to the 2nd date, and I’m starting to question what I’m doing wrong. One guy I offended on the second date because I wouldn’t kiss him while he had a cold sore and he refused to talk to me again. The next one got into a relationship right after our 2nd date. The third guy now seems distant after our 2nd date. I might be over thinking it, but I thought we had a great time on both dates. People have bad days and I don’t want to be too pushy or annoying because I’m inside my head about it. If things don’t pick back up I’m going to ask him about it so that I can have clarity about what happened, but I wonder if I’m just going out with the wrong men or if I’m doing something to push them away.
