Dating : Are Good Morning & Goodnight texts normal if you never met the guy but matched on tinder?
I haven’t been in a relationship in a while, I can’t remember if I should be happy or not about these texts.
I’m talking to more than one guy because I haven’t met them in real life. It’s like fishing and casting my net to see if I’m finding a bit of a connection. Anyways, I feel guilty that I’m receiving good morning and goodnight texts from strange men I never met yet… I feel like I can’t really say that or be excited until I meet them.
What do you all think? Am I over thinking?
also what questions should I ask to ensure I’m meeting the appropriate person for me?

I find it clingy if we haven’t met and they send those. Only exception is if we are in the middle of the conversation at night and they decide to go to sleep, then a goodnight text is more than ok
Look you need to stop worrying about meaningless shit, you won’t find the « appropriate person » until you meet them on a date, stop focusing on getting to know someone with a phone and go on a DATE. That is how you get to know someone.
