5. It’s likely an implied insult to her on some level, people like being desired, actions are stronger than words. Not everyone is the same of course, cultural differences etc

Women are so conditioned to think that men want sex all the time, that you not trying any advance will come across as you not finding her sexually attractive at all, rather than simply preferring to wait for sex. If you like her, you might want to explain you prefer for the relationship to be well established before having sex, so she understands your reasons and doesn’t think you just want her as a friend.
