John and I have been dating for four months now. We see each other multiple times a week, about 3 times and sometimes we’ll get lunch during the day and see each other at night. When we’re not together, he’s sending me texts or calling me.

A month and a half into the relationship, I asked him if he wanted to make things bf/gf. He said it was too soon. So on Wednesday (a week ago) once it had been 4 months, I asked him again. I said I’m not looking for a stagnant relationship at this point and I need to know things will progress between us. He said he didn’t want to put a label on it or jump into anything and he has to think about it. He’s also really busy running a company so that was his main factor for why he didn’t want a gf right now.

We’ve seen each other there times for lunch since that conversation, but I’m not sure he’ll bring it up again. I don’t know what to say to him at this point. I’ve been seeing another guy since John said he has to think about it. Is this doomed or do I wait to see if he ever brings it up again?

What do you think?

Well looks like you made your decision.

If you want something more, and he won’t commit…what else do you need to hear? If he was truly into you, he’d want to be with you.

  2. Four months? Too soon?

The guy has some kind of weird issues. Sounds like you’re dating someone else anyway so forget about the first guy. He’s got some serious problems.

POF : I have a female roommate.
