2. Establish who you are and your intentions off the bat. « Hey, this is Bob. We met the other day at the coffee shop. I really enjoyed our conversation about xyz! Would you be interested in meeting up for drinks this Friday after work? »

Wait 2/3 days, don’t be too eager. Start with small talk over text (3/4 exchanges). End with you proposing a date, get a time and place ready, nothing vague like « Would you want to hang out sometimes? ». Wait for her to text back.
I’d wait a day and send a text just stating your name and where you guys met just to clarify it’s really you. I wouldn’t immediately jump into setting up another date. Just wait for the initial response.
