Ok, not really olllllld lady, but a mature dater.
I am someone who does not like confrontation and struggles to communicate my gripes, concerns, or headaches to a romantic partner.
The biggest nugget I can share is…do it anyway! Do it in the moment it’s happening and do it often. Open, respectful communication is Sooooooo important and is key to longevity.
